Failed to open Eclipse(Ganymede or Gallieo same effect) on Fedora

I have been using Eclipse Ganymede with open-jdk. However after I install manually java 1.6 jdk and remove open-jdk from Fedora it gives me a error like below. I can see java version by writing java --version command and other programs can run on my machine like SQL Developer by Oracle which requires Java-JDK.

JVM terminated. Exit code=-1

-Djava.class.path=/home/anut/Desktop/eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.0.101.R34x_v2008112 5.jar
-os linux
-ws gtk
-arch x86
-showsplash /home/anut/Desktop/eclipse//plugins/org.eclipse.platform_3.3.101.v200902111700/splash.bmp
-launcher /home/anut/Desktop/eclipse/eclipse
-name Eclipse
--launcher.library /home/anut/Desktop/eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher.gtk.linux.x86_1.0.101 .R34x_v20080805/eclipse_1115.so
-startup /home/anut/Desktop/eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.0.101.R34x_v2008112 5.jar
-vm /opt/jdk1.6.0_13/bin/../jre/lib/i386/client/libjvm.so
-Djava.class.path=/home/anut/Desktop/eclipse/plugins/org.eclipse.equinox.launcher_1.0.101.R34x_v2008112 5.jar

Can anybody help me to overcome this issue ?

Dear fedora users;

I have manage to solve this problem by pointing my JDK in my eclipse.ini file

you should point your JDK in here like that in an separate line;

Bold lines are important after changing these lines eclipse works without an error.
This should help...

or the second solution is that to give

eclipse -vm /pointtoyour/jdk/bin/java here
