Intel Motherboards

I'm looking at building a new system to load Fedora on. I'm currently running FC1 with webmin and squid as my proxy. I'm looking at building another box to run as an email server. I would like to get an Intel motherboard with SATA RAID 1 configuration. Can anyone suggest any Motherboards that I would have the least amount of trouble installing FC2 or 3 with? If not an Intel, I'm open for suggestions for any P4 3GHz boards.

This is the one I found that I like but I;m not sure of its compatability with Fedora:
