unable to detect serial bluetooth adapter in Fedora 10

hi all,

i've recently bought a serial bluetooth adapter (GBS301).
when i plug the serial bluetooth adapter and tried to create a new bluetooth connection , the wizard was unable to look for any bluetooth adapter.

How can i enable the bluetooth adapter?
