how to configure capitel evdo usb modem in fedora13

hai all ,

I have purchased new evdo modem from bsnl.can anyone help me to configure that.

Even I have the same problem. I want to install bsnl evdo in fedora 15...
I am new bie can anyone help...with screen shots please
