KDE Temperature Widget Monitor

When I run sensors, the output shows my temperatures
Adapter: ISA adapter
Core 0:      +46.0C  (high = +80.0C, crit = +100.0C)  

Adapter: ISA adapter
Core 1:      +46.0C  (high = +80.0C, crit = +100.0C)  

Adapter: ISA adapter
Core 2:      +47.0C  (high = +80.0C, crit = +100.0C)  

Adapter: ISA adapter
Core 3:      +39.0C  (high = +80.0C, crit = +100.0C)
Yet the widget is not picking up the readings -

what could be causing this?
