Using diskboot.img to do HTTP or Hard Drive

Firstly, can I use the diskboot.img's http install to install from one of the Fedora mirrors or does it have to be on of my own servers or something. And if I can do that...how do I enter the URL, because it asks for

Website name: ______________________
Fedora Core directory:________________

and that confused me.

For http enter a domain name or IP number in the Website name box and the base Fedora directory in the directory box. That should be the directory that looks like this. In this case, use
