corrupted files

I am new in Linux..
I used Fedora 14 for the last 6 months.
Last days because of a power felure, i can not open my VirtualBox.
The VBox star,t but can not finish the virtual mashine opening. It stuck.
Also trying to copy the Vbox files (vdi vhd ova), the copy stop in the midle.
The S.M.A.R.T. report refer there are 10 bad sectors on my HDD (ext4).

Could some one to give me a assistance of
a) which utility can help me to fix/recover my virtualbox files and
b) how to fix the bad sectors on my ext4 HDD

Thanks in advance
