F16 XFCE live CD fails during boot

Hi. Like the subject implies, im having issues installing the xfce edition. It makes it through the cute little fedora loading screen but then drops to a shell complaining about not being able to find a root device. Also says dracut in the prompt for some reason. Any takers?
