DNS / Name Servers

I've just installed Fedora OS & Apache.

I used zoneedit to input my IP address which creates name servers for it (ns13.zoneedit.com / XX). So I can now point the name servers settings on a domain to these and connect via the domain to my web server.

However I want to have different name servers, ns1.mydomainname.com, ns2.mydomainname.com and just point domains I want to use to these name servers.

Just wondering where I would start with this?

Many thanks
