problem compliling the ipw2100 module

[root@061238068058 ipw2100-1.0.4]# make
make -C /lib/modules/2.6.9-1.667/build SUBDIRS=/home/hkl8324/ipw2100-1.0.4 MODVERDIR=/home/hkl8324/ipw2100-1.0.4 modules

what does that mean?

The version i trying to complile is 1.0.4...

when i use 1.0.2...

no error at all....
