    Exclamation Headphone jack turned off???

Fedora tells me that my headphone jack is muted/turned off...how do I turn it on??? I have speakers I plug in there and I can't use 'em without this turned on!

try 'alsamixer'. Also please note, often what is muted is "hedphone jack sense" which is for systems which can tell whether the headphones/speakers are plugged in. This can cause problems on systems that can't, and sometimes needs to be muted. Externally connected speakers should still work in most cases, though.

I tried alsamixer...there's no option for headphone jack sense...maybe I should wait until all my updates complete.
