package config tool missing

I got the following error when using the .sh installer from xfce4 - is there a packe I am missing to install packages from source?

To install XFCE, use yum groupinstall:
yum groupinstall "XFCE"
This will install all the packages you need to run XFCE from Fedora Extras automatically. Easy as pie.

And remember in the future: Use yum to install software!
