Streaming video

Hi, I just succesfully dumped Windoze and installed Fedora Core 4 on my PC. I have two questions though:
1/ can I configure Evolution to receive Hotmail accounts ?
2/ how do I get Video to work in Mozilla, if I click on the link it wants to download Windows Media Player ?
