How can I restore GNOME panel at bottom?

I use vnc running GNOME to connect my server, someday I made mistake and delete the panel at the bottom, now I can't view the status bar for running process, how can I restore it?

Right click an empty part of the panel and add whatever you want, a window list, volumn control, anything.

If the panel was not running you could run gnome-panel via the run menu with Alt + F2.

You can add a new panel. Then add items to the panel. Right click on those items choose move and then move them to your desired location. After that add Workspace Switcher and Window Selector. This will add the windows of the current programs which you are using and other ones !!
